Flag to Represent Ohio at the Girl Scout Centennial Camporee in Savannah, GA

State Representative Mike Dovilla (R–Berea) presented the state flag of Ohio to Girl Scout Troop 248 from St. Adalbert.

“This flag, flown at the Ohio Statehouse, symbolizes the strength and diversity of our great state’s people,” said Dovilla. “I am confident these young ladies from the 18th House District will represent the Buckeye State with enthusiasm and vigor as they travel to the Girl Scout’s centennial jamboree, and I wish them all well as they continue their journeys in scouting.”

The Girl Scouts of Troop 248 will be traveling to Savannah, GA to celebrate 100 years of Girl Scouting at the Centennial Camporee. The flag presented to the young ladies will be flown to represent the state of Ohio during the June 21 – 25 week-long celebration.
