State Representative Jim Buchy (R-Greenville) recently presented a resolution to Versailles High School junior Sam Prakel on the floor of the Ohio House of Representatives in recognition of his state championship titles.
Prakel won both the 1,600 and 3,200 meter races in Division II at the state track meet. Both of the times were his personal best. He also helped the Tigers to a second place finish in the 4x800 meter relay.
