Chairman of the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee Dave Hall (R-Millersburg) recently asked members of the committee to return to Columbus to hold hearings on Senate Bill 130, which establishes licensing requirements for certain dog breeding kennels, retailers, and rescue operators.

“I want to make sure that the public is aware that I fully intend to continue to move Senate Bill 130 through the committee process,” said Representative Hall. “I have been working with parties in trying to pass legislation that provides reasonable regulations for dog breeders.”
