Rep. Anielski Honors Local High School Gymnastics Team

State Representative Marlene Anielski (R-Walton Hills) today presented the Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School gymnastics team with a resolution from the state for winning the State Championship for the 2012 season. The team has won the championship 12 times, including nine consecutive years. Representative Anielski visited the team and one of its coaches, Joan Ganim, at Gymnastics World in Broadview Heights during one of their practices.


“I am happy to have had the opportunity to present the gymnastics team with a resolution for all their hard work and dedication,” Rep. Anielski said. “Being a high school athlete requires dedication and perseverance, and each and every one of the ladies on this team has demonstrated these qualities, both in school and during competition. I wish them all the best of luck in future gymnastic meets.”
