State Representative Bob Peterson (R-Sabina) today expressed his congratulations for the school districts in the 85th House District that received ratings of Excellent or Excellent with Distinction on their 2010-2011 state report cards from the Ohio Department of Education.
Logan Elm and Teays Valley were each awarded the Excellent with Distinction category, while both Washington Court House and Miami Trace were ranked Excellent.
“These report cards prove that our communities’ schools are among the best in the state, giving our children a launch into a successful future,” Peterson said. “I am pleased to commend these fine schools and their students, parents, teachers, principals and superintendents for a job well done.”
The Department of Education also provided rankings for the individual school buildings within the state’s school districts. The data can be viewed on the department’s website at: www.ode.state.oh.us.
