During session of the Ohio House of Representatives, State Representative Kristina Daley Roegner (R-Hudson) presented a House resolution to Hudson sophomore Alex Obendorf for winning the Division I state diving title in February.

“We are so proud of Alex for his dedication, commitment to excellence, and his accomplishments in this challenging sport,” Representative Roegner said.

Alex holds both of Hudson’s diving records, which are for six dives and 11 dives. He plans on diving throughout the rest of his high school career and also during college.
