State Representative Bill Hayes (R-Harrison Twp.) welcomed Pastor Steven Shaw from Maranatha Bible Church to give the opening invocation during Wednesday’s Ohio House session.


“Pastor Shaw does great work in the community of Glenford through his ministry with Maranatha Bible Church,” said Hayes. “It was truly an honor to have him visit the Statehouse and lead the invocation.”

Pastor Steven Shaw has been involved with Maranatha Bible Church, a church founded by his father, since 1977. Shaw received his degree from Bob Jones University in South Carolina, and remained in South Carolina until 2002, when he returned to Glenford. Steven and his wife, Stephanie, have three children.
