State Representative Marlene Anielski (R-Walton Hills) is pleased to announce that the community of Solon was ranked third on CNN Money’s list of America’s Best Places to Live 2011.

With a population of 23,300, Solon boasts top employers, a large tax base, world-renowned health care, a superior education system, strong sense of local culture and well-rounded diversity. Additionally, the city enjoys relatively low crime rates and a highly educated population.

“I was delighted to learn that Solon received an exceptional ranking in CNN Money’s list of America’s Best Places to Live in 2011,” Representative Anielski said. “Solon is an excellent community because of the hardworking individuals who raise their families and grow their businesses there. It has always been an honor for me to serve the people of Solon and I congratulate them on being recognized nationwide.”

Other Ohio cities that made the rankings were Mason (24th), Highland Heights (30th), Twinsburg (32nd) and Springboro (42nd).
