If our country wants to compete with the with Asia and India in the areas of technology, medicine, banking and manufacturing how can Ohio and other states justify cutting aid to Gifted and Talented education. Where are our brightest and most talented students going to come from, be identified, be nurtured,be encouraged. They are the future leaders, inventors, innovators. Ohio is slashing their teachers, their supervisors, their programs. Putting us into a deeper hole in the long run
